Imagine fighting a war. The soldiers to your left and right are counting on you. Doing everything needed to stay alive and finish the mission comes without question. Now imagine that the war never ends. You have no known way to escape the perpetual battlefield. Those soldiers beside you are still counting on you. What would you do to lead them home safely?
Chronofields puts players in the role of veteran soldiers from one of many eras of human warfare. Through some temporal paradox, they and their unit find themselves trapped in a different time. Provisions, ammo and equipment are suddenly extremely limited vital resources. They must learn to survive and discover not only where they are, but when.

War is Horrific…
The cries of the dying echo across the battlefield. Imagine though that those sounds never fade, and instead become a haunting cacophony that never ceases. The sounds coming from the lips of the soldiers who should have been buried with honor that instead wander the war-torn ruins looking to enact vengeance against those still living.

The crack of a gunshot at high noon and another body is deposited in an open casket. The saloon in the middle of endless badlands is supposed to provide respite but only brings misery to those who stay. Unfortunately, no one has been able to figure out yet how to leave. Maybe the storm brewing on the horizon will bring solace this time.
